I've been reviewing Garmins for years, and I've found the best post-Prime Day Garmin deals

The Prime Day sales are over, but there are still a few good deals around, so it's also your final chance to get a deal on some of the best Garmin watches. Surprisingly, they've been harder to find this year than in previous Prime Days, but I've still managed to track down some great deals.

I've been reviewing Garmin watches for years. I'm wearing the Garmin Venu 4 as I type this, and I've battle-tested Garmin's cheapest and most expensive offerings in varied climates, from hiking in Portugal's hills, to swimming in the Baltic sea, to running the London Marathon. As a result, I know my Garmins.

Garmin's entry-level running watch has actually dropped its price since Prime Day ended. It's not changed in years, but it's still a solid no-frills GPS watch with a long-lasting battery life (up to two weeks in smartwatch mode) and enough tools – such as Fitness Age, Lifestyle Logging and advanced running metrics – to see beginner-to-intermediate runners over the finish line. Why mess with perfection?

A really cool Apple Watch alternative. Prices vary slightly, but the Orchid and Ivory colors are the cheapest.
