I'm a Garmin tester, and even though Cyber Monday's over, I'd still buy these six discounted watches

Cyber Monday Garmin deals

Cyber Monday is officially over, but there's actually still time to snag a great deal on a top adventure watch. I've checked all of the Cyber Monday deals in this article, and shockingly, only one watch in my list (the Garmin Forerunner 570) is no longer on offer, so I've replaced it with the slightly older, but even better value Garmin Forerunner 265.

I've been testing Garmin watches for years. I wrote TechRadar's buying guide to the best Garmin watches overall, and I've been testing fitness kit for a decade. I recently narrowed down our recommendations to just six watches: best for most people, premium, budget, best for runners, outdoors, and golf.

Save $52 on the Garmin Venu 4, which I'm wearing as I type. The Garmin Venu 4 is my "best for most people" pick, as it's the perfect balance between a dressy smartwatch and a rugged fitness tool, equally at home at the office and on the trail.

$250 off the five-star Garmin Fenix 8, bringing it down to $749.99 – a record low. Given we usually see big discounts on older models, this unusual discount means you can get a terrific up-to-date adventure watch for less. Huge battery life, advanced strength training features in addition to all the adventuring stuff, an LED flashlight... It's packed with features.

The larger 51mm version has also been reduced by $250, from $1,199 to $949 at Best Buy.

Save $50 on the new Garmin Vivoactive 6. We recently reviewed the Vivoactive 6 and called it a "feature stuffed pocket rocket", giving it 4.5 stars and calling it our best cheap Garmin. As it's so new, we weren't expecting a discount here.

The brand-new Garmin Instinct 3 for 2025, our best Garmin watch for outdoors, is $100 off at Best Buy right now in all sizes. The AMOLED screen, new to the Instinct series, glows brightly on dark trails, as does its LED torch. Together with a smorgasbord of features and rugged construction, it's a watch built for the outdoors. We gave it 4.5 stars in our review.

Garmin Instinct 3 45mm Solar

The Instinct 3 Solar is functionally the same as the Instinct 3, but it's slightly cheaper, and it swaps the brighter AMOLED for a duller, G-Shock-style memory-in-pixel display. This screen is more battery efficient and hides Power Glass, which acts as a solar panel to extend the watch's life. It also comes in this fetching Star Wars clone trooper-esque color design.

Garmin Forerunner 265

Save $150 on one of Garmin's best running watches. It's an outstanding watch with up to 14 days of battery life, personalized workout plans and training tools for ease of navigation when you're on those long training runs.

Garmin Approach S70 (42mm)
Garmin Approach S70 (42mm): was $649.99 now $549.99 at Best Buy

The Garmin Approach S70 was rated our best Garmin golf watch and our best golf watch overall because it strikes the perfect balance between affordability (for a premium piece of golf equipment) and features designed to improve your game. At $100 off, it's an even better value.

All six of the watches above feature in our guide to the best Garmin watches (apart from the Forerunner 265, which was ousted by the newer 570), so I can personally testify that they're excellent training companions. The Fenix 8 is obviously the dream, but most users won't get the best out of many of its features: the Venu 4 is the best pick to strike a balance between performance and value.

Of course, these are only the latest and greatest Garmin watches; many older models are heavily discounted. Check out our Cyber Monday live blog as we shop the last of the sale, as we pick out every major tech discount. Don't delay – we have no idea when these deals will vanish.
