Best Dyson Black Friday 2025 deals in Australia: there are still big discounts on vacuums, hair tools and purifiers

The Gen5detect Absolute is arguably the best value Dyson right now, with better suction than any that came before. You'll get 2 cleaning heads and 3 additional tools in the box, which isn't bad at all.

If you live in a large home, having a high-capacity dust canister on your cordless vacuum cleaner is handy. Dyson's Gen5outsize comes with a bigger bin that's 150% larger than the usual Dyson ones, plus larger cleaning heads to get the job done faster. You even get a bigger battery that promises up to 70 minutes of fade-free power. However, that bigger battery and larger fixtures makes this a heavy machine, so it might be unwieldy for some users.

Dyson's original wet-dry cordless stick vacuum is pretty handy to have around the home – you can vacuum first and then follow it up with a mop. I still use it at home and, in my Dyson V15s Detect Submarine review, I found the mopping to be very good indeed but a design flaw makes some of that dirty water slosh out when you want to clean out the Submarine attachment. If you can find a way around it, this is one could be well worth considering. Check the coupon box on Amazon for the full discount.

It was down to AU$569 on Amazon previously and proved so popular, stocks ran out. While this offer isn't as good, it's still a very decent saving on what is still a very good vacuum cleaner. The V11 has up to 60 minutes of run time, and it’s got an LCD screen to show you just how much battery life you’ve got left.

The Good Guys have also listed the V11 Advanced for AU$675, but the price-beat option could score you slightly better discount.

This older Dyson vacuum was down to AU$589 on Amazon in October 2024, so this is a little disappointing, but still worth considering. It offers fade-free power for up to 60 minutes, and this variant comes with a Fluffy cleaning head (not the one with the light as in the V15) and the Digital Motorbar to suit homes with mixed flooring. There are three additional attachments in the box, along with a wall dock.

Dyson quietly released this model earlier this year, offering a cheaper way to get yourself a wet-and-dry vacuum. It has lesser suction power than the V15s Detect, but we haven't been able to try it for ourselves yet. It also lasts no more than 40 minutes on a single charge. I'd say this would be better suited to smaller homes.

This isn't much of a discount, but when you get better suction and a bigger battery at a mid-range price point from Dyson, I think it's worth considering. It might be more expensive than the older V8 (see below), but you get 150AW of suction and up to 60 minutes of fade-free runtime. The newer model also gets 3 suction modes as opposed to only 2 and even in low power, our tests found it to be "sucky".

The V8 might be Dyson's oldest current model, but it's the best option on a budget. The V8 Origin model ships with two additional tools and this lightweight vacuum will give you up to 40 minutes of runtime, so is better suited to smaller homes. If you take advantage of The Good Guys' price-beat promise, you can get this for cheaper.

This is a massive discount on Dyson's original floor washer. If you have only hard floors at home, a machine like this saves you time as it vacuums and mops at the same time. And it can tackle wet spills too. It uses two rollers in the cleaning head and has no filters that can create bad odours when it's at rest. And a self-cleaning cycle ensures it's ready to go for its next spin any time.

This hair dryer has a plethora of sensors that make sure your scalp remains healthy, automatically adjusting heat and airflow depending on how far away the dryer is from your head. You also get a bunch of magnetic attachments for a styled blow dry too – this hair dryer won a TechRadar Gadget of the Year Award in 2024, so it's well worth considering.

This is probably one of the best prices I've seen on the complete set of the original Airwrap. You get all the attachments you need, including the Flyaways one, but I can only see this one colourway at this price on eBay direct from the Dyson Store. No code or subscription needed.

I don't recall such a good discount on the new edition of the Airwrap multi-styler, but note that only a few of the colourways get this AU$150 saving. According to TechRadar's Home Editor, this is the best hair styler tool, hands down, with the curl.i.d switch being the game changer here. It's still an investment and I don't think this price will drop any further through the sale period.

Promising to take way less time to straighten hair than traditional flat irons by working just fine in wet hair, the Airstrait is the hair-care tool making headlines. It won't burn wet hair as other straighteners would, leaving you with less hair damage and a quicker styling session in the mornings.

While the Dyson Airstrait was busy making headlines, the older Corrale hair straightener is faded into the background. And yet, if you want a Dyson straightener that can work on even the tightest of curls, this would be it. It was 29% off on Amazon this time last year, but I wouldn't scoff at a smaller 22% saving. It's a heavy appliance, but it works cordlessly for a short time and even has an airplane mode that disconnects the battery while you're travelling. It also has a safety shut off that activates after about 10 or 15 minutes of inactivity.

It might be cheaper than the Nural, but with the current discount, the newer and smarter hair dryer is the better buy. Still, the old Supersonic has a fan following and if you've been holding off for it, Dyson's got a good price on the Prussian Blue/Copper colourway. Other variants like the Nickel/Copper are out of stock.

It might be a basic tower fan from Dyson, but it promises to cool the room down quickly by amping up its airflow. It comes with a handy remote control and there's a timer functionality too. A decent 20% discount gives it a more approachable price tag.

Despite a decent AU$250 saving, this purifier fan and heater is quite an expensive machine, and yet it could justify its premium price. Firstly, it can be used year round, cooling and heating as needed. Second, if you or a family member suffers from allergies, you don't need a separate purifier, this does it all, even filtering out noxious nitrogen dioxide that's a major air pollutant and causes respiratory disorders. It even promises to remove cooking odours.

This Dyson appliance offers heating, cooling and air purification, making it more space-efficient than investing in separate devices. Like the name suggests, this device removes formaldehyde from your home, and Dyson claims the appliance destroys it completely. It’s a rather expensive device, but it looks modern and sleek, and the all-in-one aspect is appealing. It's shame that the discount isn't great though, but any saving is a good thing.

We thought these cans were overpriced in our Dyson OnTrac review, but appreciated that the British brand has done a far better job on its second set of headphones than the Zone. While sound is lovely, there are others who do it better, but just being able to customise the headphones might well be worth the cash.

It made the news for all the wrong reasons and, admittedly it's not the best idea Dyson had for headphones, but if you're the exception who is keen to try these... well, exceptional headphones with the purifying mask, it's going for really cheap on eBay.

I tested this lamp and, although I thought it was overpriced, I couldn't help but admire it, calling it a "showstopper" in my Dyson Solarcycle Morph review. It was down to AU$698 around this time last year, so this ain't bad.

Our recently published Shark PowerPro review called it the best value vacuum the tester had ever tried and that's high praise indeed. It's also a newer budget model, so it takes advantage of the latest tech for a better clean. If there was any affordable cordless vacuum I would highly recommend, it would be this.

Taking everything that makes the standard Shark PowerPro one of the best affordable cordless vauum cleaners, but adding a bendy wand to get under furniture and headlights on the cleaning head to reveal all the dirt it needs to clean up, there's probably better value for money here for some users who'll take full advantage of the extra features.

It's the auto-emptying version of this cordless vacuum that I rank as the #1 best vacuum in Australia, but if you don't need that feature, this is arguably one of the best deals I can recommend on a powerful machine. You'll get up to 70 minutes of runtime, plus a bendy wand to get under furniture, and there's dynamic suction for the best clean possible.

With powerful and dynamic suction, plenty of attachments and an auto-empty charging dock, this is arguably the best value non-Dyson cordless vacuum right now. And there are no ongoing expenses here either because you won't need to buy dust bags. Just be sure to wash out the dust box in the dock and let it dry fully before popping it back for use again. It was the multi-styler that began the Airwrap-dupe trend and now it's slowly fading away from popularity with newer models from Shark itself and other competitors joining in. I use it myself and even though the Airwrap would be the better styler, I can't deny its overall value. This includes two condensers rather than the standard single unit in other packages. No one on my team has tried this yet, but it promises good things on a very tight budget, like fast drying, three temperature settings and three speeds. And much like the Shark FlexStyle that it resembles, the cord swivels a full 360º. Members can save an extra AU$5.

For an additional AU$50 on the standard Shark FlexBreeze fan, you get one that has a misting attachment in the box. So when you host your next backyard barbie, you can keep yourself and your guests cool – and the 24-hour battery is here too. In my opinion, this version of the FlexBreeze is the better buy.

Perfect for those summer camping trips, picnics or even just using at home, this is a tabletop version of the original FlexBreeze, but it comes with a misting attachment that pushes out a light spray of water to cool the air around it, making it a lot more effective than just an air circulator. Please note that the price has gone up from AU$169, but it's still a good deal.

It's not a huge discount and yet this bladeless fan is still cheaper than any of Dyson's alternatives. That said, most of Dyson's fan are also purifiers while this is not. This bladeless fan pushes air out 20m and can pivot 180º on its axis (from horizontal to vertical), depending on how you want the air to flow.

Remarkably similar to the Dyson Big+Quiet, Dreame's AirPursue is doesn't just cool and purify, it can also work as a heater – so better value for money here.
