Does Tesco Mobile offer free shipping?
Yes, most device orders come with free next-day delivery if you order before 4pm, with orders shipped Monday to Friday. You can also pay an additional fee for weekend delivery. All orders are shipped via DPD (or Royal Mail for SIM cards).
Can I switch to Tesco Mobile from another network?
Of course! Tesco Mobile makes it simple enough to switch, even if you want to keep your old number (although be aware, the transfer can take up to 5 days). You can find more detailed guidance on how to switch to the network by looking at the dedicated switch page on the brand's website.
Does Tesco Mobile cover my area?

What is the Tesco Mobile returns policy?
Customers can send items back to Tesco or cancel plans within 14 - 30 days in order to get a refund, depending on the product in question. For pay-monthly plans (including devices), you can get in touch with the brand within 14 days to cancel, whereas for pay-as-you-go plans and devices and accessories, you'll have 30 days to do so. Once your return has been confirmed, they'll organise DPD collect where applicable to save you on the shipping costs.

Trade in devices
If you have old tech lying around that you're ready to part with, you can trade it in to Tesco Mobile to get cash or a Tesco gift card. The brand partners with Assurant to handle trade-ins, and accepts mobiles and tablets. To get started, just provide details of your model and its condition, and you'll get a quote for up to £550 depending on your device. If you're happy with the quote, accept it and you'll be sent a pre-paid shipping label. Once Assurant receives your device, the money will be transferred to your account.
Get Clubcard Perks
Customers of Tesco Mobile should sign up for the store's reward scheme, Tesco Clubcard, to get discounts they won't find anywhere else. These include Clubcard prices on devices, offering up to £550 off, or £40 off a month on selected plans, as well as rewards including price lock for the duration of your contract, points earned for every £1 you spend on your plan, and rewards with partner brands. You can also get double data with Clubcard Plus.
