Does Renogy offer free shipping?
Yes, most orders over $100 to addresses within the contiguous US qualify for free ground shipping. Note that some products are not eligible for free shipping. These will be marked on the respective product pages. No matter which products you are ordering, any orders under $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee.
How do I correctly size my solar system?
Renogy provide all the help that customers need to accurately size their solar system. This help is provided in the form of a range of pdfs which contain advice and answers to questions that you might have. These are located in the ‘Downloads’ section of the website. If you still need help, then you can always get in touch with the Renogy support team.
What is Renogy Rewards?
Renogy Rewards gives customers the chance to earn additional perks for repeat purchases. When you join, you'll start earning loyalty points, known as Rays, on purchases and for completing selected actions.
You'll earn 10 Rays per $1 you spend, with this rate rising to 15 Rays per $1 in higher tiers of the program. You will also receive 100 Rays when you first join, plus 100 Rays for signing up to the email newsletter.
Rays can be redeemed in exchange for coupons, which can be used at the checkout for discounts. Generally, the longer you wait to redeem your Rays, the better discounts you can get. For example, you save 2000 Rays for $10 off any order, or you can save 8000 Rays for $80 off orders over $1000.
If you prefer, you can also opt for gift cards, such as a $20 card for 6000 Rays, a $30 card for 9000 Rays, a $50 card for 15000 Rays, or a $100 card for 30000 Rays. You can also choose to redeem your Rays on selected products, or to unlock members-only discount prices on items across the brand's range.
Can I return Renogy products?
Customers have 30 days from the point of delivery to return a product. If an item was purchased on the Renogy website, customers can initiate the return process online. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.
You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase. If you decide you want to cancel an order before the product has shipped, then you can also do that by getting in touch with the Renogy support team.

Shop the sales
Like many tech retailers, Renogy run sales throughout the year, discounting items across their range by as much as 50%. You'll see the biggest sales around key holidays like Black Friday & Cyber Monday, as well as Labor Day & President's Day. However, you'll also see smaller, more product-specific deals between these periods.
Get a student discount
If you're a student, teacher or graduate, you can verify your status with a valid Student Beans or Beans ID account to receive a code for 6% off at the checkout. Just create or sign in to an account to be sent your code and add it before you place your order.
Get a military or professional discount
It's not just students who can save: Renogy also offers a 6% discount to members of the military (past or present), healthcare workers, charity workers and first responders. As with the education discount, you'll need to verify your status by signing in to a valid Beans ID account to be sent your code.
Get additional support discounts
You can also save 6% on your order if you're a parent, have a disability, or live in a low-income household. Once again, Renogy has partnered with Beans ID to verify statuses and distribute its codes, so log in to an account before your order for your unique code.
Refer a friend
If you know someone who might like the Renogy range, you can refer them to net you both a discount. Simply head to the Renogy website and find the dedicated referral form, then fill in the form and send your friend your link. When they make a purchase through the link, they'll get 6% off, and once their order has been placed, you'll be sent a code for 6% off as a thank you.
Join the newsletter
If you want to stay up to date with the latest products & promotions Renogy is offering, you can join the brand's newsletter to be sent regular messages direct to your inbox. You'll see info on different product types, including batteries, battery chargers, inverters, EIoT monitoring, IOT monitoring, accessories, and wiring, as well as exclusive offers, including a code for 5% off your next order when you first join.
How to use your Renogy coupon code
- Choose one of our Renogy promo codes you'd like to use and click "Get Code" to reveal it in a new tab.
- Copy the code for later, then head back to your previous tab to reach the Renogy website.
- Add your desired products to your cart and head to the checkout.
- Reveal the coupon field by clicking the "Add coupon" button.
- Click "Apply" and your order total should be amended to include your savings.
- Proceed through the rest of the checkout as usual to place your order.

Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.
The best place to start is by checking the requirements. Click “View terms and conditions” to expand the code section and see any guidance on your chosen coupon. For example, you may need to meet a minimum spend, add other items to your basket to qualify for a multibuy offer, or confirm that your chosen code applies to the items in your basket (i.e. 10% off laptops).

How we make money
When it comes to coupons, TechRadar earns money via a commission-based model. For every brand we have a coupon page for, we’ve negotiated a deal that means we earn a percentage of total basket value in commission back from every order.
