Does Panasonic offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders over $50 come with free shipping as standard. Orders that aren't currently in stock should arrive with the brand in 2 working days, then would be shipped in 1-7 business days via FedEx. Note that orders can only be shipped to addresses in the contiguous USA. You can also opt for 2-day expedited shipping for additional cost at the checkout.
What are the benefits of registering your Panasonic product?
You can register your Panasonic product once it arrives by heading to the dedicated product registration pageto make it easier to get the most out of your product. By doing so, you'll be able to see a list of the products you own when you sign in through the site. Each individual product page will show you the relevant manuals, FAQs, and the option to buy accessories and add-ons or request repairs for that specific device.
What is the Panasonic return policy?
If you decide to return an item to Panasonic, you can do so within 30 days of placing your order to get a full refund or exchange. Between 30 - 60 days, you can still return your item, but you can only opt for an exchange or store credit. Note that return shipping will need to be covered at your own cost unless otherwise stated.
