You can get a MacBook Air M4 for just $200 at Best Buy this Black Friday - here's how
Easily the best Black Friday MacBook Air deal I've seen so far
I've just spotted what's easily the best deal yet on the latest MacBook Air M4 - a superb machine that we currently rank as the best laptop for most people.
Right now, you can combine a huge record-low $250 Black Friday price cut with the retailer's excellent trade-in program to get a very, very cheap MacBook Air. By my calculations, trade-in rebates run anywhere between $260 to $550 off on average if you're handing over an older MacBook Air.
For example, by trading in a MacBook Air M3 in good condition, you're going to be getting $550 off a shiny new model. With this upgrade route, you're paying just $200 for the M4 - not bad for a laptop with stunning looks, power, and excellent battery life.
Even if you're handing over the comparatively ancient MacBook M1, if that's in good condition, then you'll get $260 off. You might be able to get a better rebate at other retailers, but Best Buy's the only one right now with both an upfront discount and trade-in rebate available. In short, it's a superior option for an upgrade right now.

Best Buy's Black Friday MacBook Air deal
Processor: Apple M4
RAM: 16GB
Storage: 256GB
The MacBook Air 13-inch (M4) is the newest version of Apple's popular laptop, and it's now back down to a record-low price at Best Buy. You get a great-looking 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display, while the boost to 16GB of RAM keeps all your programs running smoothly. It's just a shame Apple still insists on only 256GB of storage as standard, which feels a little miserly in 2025. Nevertheless, this is still one of the best laptops you can buy if you need a performance powerhouse for productivity and creative tasks.
You can't go wrong with the latest MacBook Air
The MacBook Air M4 is so good that it's getting boring recommending it all the time, but if you're spending $749 on a new laptop over Black Friday, then you really can't go wrong here/ Unlike the super pricey MacBook Pro models, the Air M4 manages to give you excellent performance and a superb design at a relatively affordable price.
At $749, the MacBook Air M4 would be a great choice for both casual and professional use cases. Let's say you're doing work away from home. Well, the M4 is a good option thanks to its all-day battery life, 16GB of RAM, and vibrant display.
If I had to level criticism at the latest MacBook, it would be that the baseline 256GB storage capacity really doesn't go far these days. Apple really puts a premium on that upgrade, too, which is frustrating when so many Windows-based systems offer 512GB for well under half the price. Still, with today's deal at Best Buy, it's a good time to treat yourself to a higher-capacity configuration.
