These are the only Black Friday earbuds and headphones deals worth buying – all tested and recommended by TechRadar
If they aren't in this list, don't come crying to me…
Here's something most deals roundups won't offer: a full review of the discounted product, written by the curator of the piece. But that's what I'm giving you – because this is my full-time job (I know right? Crazy what they'll pay people to do these days… ) and even if I do say so myself, I know great audio kit.
• Shop Amazon's full early Black Friday deals
As well as this deals summary, I've written guides to the best earbuds, the best budget earbuds (yep, those are my hands in the lead images) and the best headphones – but crucially, those guides don't divulge the current deals I'm about to give you.
Whatever you do this Black Friday, please don't read this missive, click through to Amazon, get sidetracked by savings and buy a set that neither myself nor the wider TechRadar team has mentioned or reviewed to date, because the discount was huge and you reckon they're probably the same. Or, if you do, just don't don't come to me about it. Because these deals (and only these deals) are the ones I've reviewed, tested, and recommended to you.
Not after earbuds or headphones? That's OK, TechRadar's more general (but still personally curated, and only containing deals we personally love) Black Friday deals page will send you on the right path. Otherwise, keep going – and remember to always enjoy the music.

On the face of it, a $50 saving isn't the most headline-worthy sale you'll see on Black Friday. But this is Bose – and it's also the first ever saving I've seen on this set of 5-star, 2025-release noise-cancelling earbuds. They basically walk all over anything else on the market for noise cancellation (except maybe Apple's AirPods Pro 3 – but if you don't own an iPhone I don't recommend those, however good the deal). A lowest-seen fee on a truly excellent set of new earbuds from Bose? Yes please.

If you've been eyeing up the Sony WH-1000XM5 but have been put off by the admittedly high price tag, then today's your lucky day! These premium headphones have just dropped below $250, which is a whoe $28 cheaper than our price-tracking experts tell us they've ever been on Amazon – and for that money, they're an excellent buy. Top ANC, great comfort, Sony sound quality. Someone's holiday gift just got sorted…

This is the cheapest these have ever been! They've been $79 before, but this chops an extra $20 off that – hurrah! For this price, the deal is immense. Outrageously good audio, ANC and perks for the level. Highly recommended.

Bose is one of the biggest names in the world of headphones, and their reputation for quality is shown in these earbuds. The Ultra Open boast incredible sound, supreme power, and excellent battery life, making them a seriously premium pair of all-around buds. Now at a record-low price (as long as either black, 'sunset iridescent' or 'moonstone blue' finishes work for you), so there's no better time to buy.

The Bose QuietComfort Headphones offer class-leading noise cancellation with Quiet and Aware modes that ensure you can listen to as much or as little of your surroundings as you want. You get all-day battery life of up to 24 hours, while you can also listen via the audio cable if you prefer a wired option. Super comfy and ideal for calls, there’s no need to take them off during the working day either. They're now at a record-low price for Black Friday at Amazon

Yes, they're a little older, but that's because they've stood the test of time to become iconic – a modern classic if you like. To wear them is to know about good headphones. Anyway, they're a stone cold hit, and although this isn't the absolute cheapest we've ever seen them (that would be $129.99, oh so briefly) unlike previous discounts, this deal's available on all colorways (Black, Blue or Silver) and it's live now, way ahead of Black Friday. If you've been considering this pair and only this pair, it's a tempting deal.

This is actually a record-low for these headphones – they've been this price before, but never any lower, that I'm aware of. Again, I'm hopeful of more of a price drop in the US. When I reviewed them, I felt that while the features and build justified the price, the sound was a little lacking at $299 – if they can drop closer to $200, they'll be a really good deal.

I helped compile a full review of these headphones and while they're not sonically perfect (the sound is a little bass-heavy – but could be ideal for those who like that kind of presentation) for this ultra-low fee the audio is much better than it's any right to be. Also, the build feels far more premium than even the MSRP suggests and the battery life, at up to 70 hours, or 44 with ANC deployed, is unheard of for the level. Read our full JLab JBuds Lux ANC review for more, but know this: JLab is a trusted name in affordable head-fi and these over-ear headphones won't disappoint for this silly money.

The AirPods 4 are Apple's cheapest AirPods, and you can find them on sale for $119 at Amazon. The AirPods 4 feature a new design for all-day comfort and feature Apple's H2 chip, which supports personalized spatial audio and voice isolation. You also get a redesigned case with 30 hours of battery life and support for USB-C for wireless charging.

This superb step-up model in the Accentum range adds fast-charging, angled drivers for superior timing and detail, sound personalization to improve sound further, and aptX higher-res Bluetooth support to make the most of that sound tech. This isn't the absolute rock-bottom cheapest we've ever seen this model (that would be $129.95, ever so briefly), but it makes a model we already praised a lot in our Sennheiser Accentum Plus review even better value.

A great saving on Sennheiser's excellent over-ear noise-cancelling headphones means it's still one of our standout deals of the Black Friday sales so far. They treat you to a brilliantly detailed and crisp sonic performance and benefit from some of the best noise cancelling tech we've come across. Plus, with a huge 60 hours of battery life, you'll rarely need to reach for the charger. And the deal applies to all colorways – even the Special Edition set with gold-tone accents! The regular finishes have dropped a little lower than this before now, but keep checking – anything approaching $199 and clicking to 'buy now' never felt so good – just see our Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless review if you need further proof.

These just came out – and I mean just, because I only just finished my fully star-rated CMF Headphone Pro review. And for this money (under £50!) they're an insanely good deal. I don't need to insult your intelligence by telling you it's the first time they've ever been discounted (see the first sentence of this deal block) but I do need you to know that I've heard them and for this money, the 'Energy slider', the excellent on-ear volume wheel and Nothing's phenomenal hearing tests (to create one of the most detailed personal sound profiles I've heard at the level) make this a top deal. Highly recommended.

The most-asked question I get when I tell acquaintances I'm Audio Editor at TechRadar is "What are the best earbuds with noise cancelling for under £150? The answer is: as of today you're looking at 'em. The EAH-AZ80 are currently still the only earbuds to offer multipoint connectivity to three devices, but that's just for starters (see our Technics EAH-AZ80 review for more info). This Black Friday discount is also as low as I've seen to date, by £50. Buying a gift for the audiophile in your life? I thoroughly recommend these, even though a newer set is in town. I still use these every day (and I got a pair in 2023, to test ahead of their official release) and my recommendations are hard to come by.

My five-star Nothing Ear (a) review is the place for the full scoop on the fun, energetic sound of these buds, but know that they have great noise cancellation, a compact design, and a truly eye-catching look – especially in my favourite yellow colour (also in the deal at the time of writing). This is a record-low price for them, and there are simply no better earbuds you can buy for under £60.

Yes, you can get Sony's newest affordable wireless earbuds for less than £75 in Amazon's early Black Friday sale – talk about a bargain! This is £5 cheaper than they were during the last big sales event (Amazon Big Deal Days) and for this money, you're getting Sony quality for non-brand money. In my Sony WF-C710N review, I heaped praise on these buds for their bolstered battery life, fantastic sound quality and upgraded ANC. At this price point, my recommending them is a no-brainer.

OK so not a 2025-release product (and they have been superseded by the excellent XM6 iteration) but if you've been eyeing up the Sony WH-1000XM5 but have been put off by the admittedly high price tag (I've listed their original RRP, although they've been hovering around £259 for a little while) today's your lucky day. These premium headphones have just dropped below £200 and for that money, they're an excellent buy – our review of the Sony WH-1000XM5 is the place to go for that. I use them as reference cans and let me tell you, in 2025 very little comes close. Top ANC, great comfort, Sony sound quality. Someone's Christmas present might just have been sorted…

A new all-time lowest-seen price on Sennheiser's excellent over-ear noise-cancelling headphones? Yes please! Although Amazon lists their most-recent price tag, I've listed the RRP just so you know the level we're dealing with here – and that it's easily one of standout deals of the Black Friday sales. They treat you to a brilliantly detailed and crisp sonic performance and benefit from some of the best noise cancelling tech we've come across. Plus, with a huge 60 hours of battery life, you'll rarely need to reach for the charger. And the deal applies to the black or white finishes – although not the graphite option. It's one penny cheaper than they've ever been and honestly, they're a solid bargain at this price.

Sennheiser's non-Plus Accentum model delivers active noise cancellation and 50 hours of battery life at an even lower price. With the well-balanced sound and strong detail of Sennheiser, these are a great deal if you consider yourself a music purist but you don't have an audiophile budget. They're comfortable and lightweight, too. Oh, and this sub-£100 deal is a return to their lowest-seen price, which means we've never seen them sell for cheaper. A stone cold bargain on a trusted name in audio.

I adore my own set of IE 600 (and the wider TechRadar team has written odes to their pairs), so even though the deal is available only on Sennheiser's website at the time of writing, I'm listing it here because I want you to have at the saving. For clarity, it's an excellent deal, if you're prepared to start another online shopping cart: the cheapest they've ever been on Amazon is £449 to date. They're fashioned from a metal called ZR01 amorphous zirconium. Sounds premium, right? That's because it is – it's the same metal used for the drilling head of NASA's Mars Rover. And the sound? Oh, don't get me started (but do go to our Sennheiser IE 600 review if you need to know more).

These true wireless earbuds are ludicrously comfortable to wear for long periods, thanks to their ergonomic and bijou shape. They sound good, too, as you'd expect from a brand of Sennheiser's calibre, delivering an engaging, spacious presentation. We have to admit they're a tough sell at their original price, only because of fierce competition. But thanks to this Amazon Black Friday deal, however, they're well under £100, which makes them a no-brainer recommendation. Clarity on the deal? Of course: they've briefly been £1 cheaper, but that's as little as makes no difference when Black Friday is heating up. If you've been considering them for a while, I'd strongly suggest buying now to avoid disappointment…

With an extreme frequency range of 8Hz to 41,500Hz and 42mm high-performance transducers, the HD660 S2 are capable of confident sound that doesn't duck any part of the mix from sub to treble. And with this huge £150 discount, you can get their pro-level sound for much less. And yes, for clarity, this is the lowest we've ever seen them sell for – and as our glowing Sennheiser HD-660S2 review explains, these headphones have the expansive soundstage you'd expect from a pair of open-backed cans plus supreme comfort, meaning they're a joy for home listening.

This is simply a great discount to see on the brilliant HD 550 headphones. Supremely comfortable, with brilliant Sennheiser audio quality, these really could be a gaming headset killer for you as long as you don't mind being tethered. They're capable of uncovering extreme levels of detail – just see our Sennheiser HD 505 review for more.
